This site is a ministry of the Wisconsin Association of Regular Baptist Churches (WARBC). The name of this site focuses on two driving motivations for our ministry: the church and culture.

We believe that the church is God’s primary means of influencing our world. As churches help people grow in their understanding of God and the Bible, a better culture will emerge.

But churches are not isolated entities. Churches minister not just to the culture, but within the culture. Therefore we hope to provide churches with recommendations, conversations, and resources to help minister within and to the culture of each local church.
